Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add steel Cut Oats, bring to boil, then turn down and heat to a simmer. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add raisins, soymilk, and bee pollen. Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until liquid is evaporated. Stir well. Separate into 5 containers and freeze.
