Here is how you make Oatmeal Scones:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. This will make 8 single size servings/scones.Mix all dry ingredients except oatmeal. Add softened butter (I 'nuked mine! to dry mixture and work in butter with fork until crumbly. Stir in oatmeal. Add the sour milk, mixing only enough to moisten.After scraping the bowl with a spatula several times, scrape out onto a floured surface. Knead, then pat into two small, flat circles.Cut each circle into 4 equal size wedges. Treat a cookie sheet with no-stick baking spray.
