Here is how you make Monique's Champion Omlette:

First, preheat the frying pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Next put all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Pour into the pan and let cook for 3-4 minutes. you may add cheese to the top, or meat of your choice. Next flip half the omlette on top of the other. make sure it is cooked properly on that side. then flip the other side. lightly press the omlette with the spatula to make sure that the egg inside is cooked.
