Coat a 9"x13" baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine peanuts, cashews, raisins, oats, cereal and wheat germ. In a large glass bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and sucanat. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until thick and bubbly, stirring every minute. Add dry ingredients to the syrup and mix well. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Press down firmly. (It helps to coat your fingers with cooking spray.) Let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour to harden.
