Here is how you make Peanut Blossoms:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees-Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.-Add egg and vanilla to creamed mixture.-In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. -Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and blend thoroughly.-Scoop and roll dough into balls and roll them in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.-Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes.
