Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix milk with vanilla then add to peanut butter. Pour peanut butter mix over dry ingredients and mix well. Two wooden spatulas work well. Place on cookie sheet with tinfoil over and under mix. Pat down firmly to about 1" thick. Bake 20 minutes or so in 325 oven. Uncover and bake until desired brownness, about 5 additional minutes. Let cool as is and then store in ziplock bag or covered container. Makes about 20 1/3 cup servings
