Add the salt, Truvia, chili sauce, orange juice, and soy sauce.Add 3/4 of the rice to the paste in the food processor and process until smooth and sticky. Put this mixture into a separate bowl. Mix the rest of the rice in by hand.After wetting your hands, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls. Put the chopped peanuts in a dish and roll the balls in them until evenly coated.Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
