Here is how you make Peanutty Crisscrosses:

In medium bowl combine oats flour and baking soda and set aside. In large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in water, egg and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Chill dough about one hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten with tines of a fork dipped in granulated sugar to form crisscross pattern. Bake 9-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
