Soak 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds overnight.Chop up and then blend the Red Pepper until liquified.In a large bowl add all of the ingredients and mix well. Allow the ingredients to blend for about 45 mins. till the mixture thickens. It will still be thin so carefully pour half on a teflex sheet and carefully spread out evenly on the teflex sheet. Do the same with the other half of the mixture on another teflex sheet.Pop in the dehydrator and set for 10 hours on 110 degrees. Carefully peel the "cracker" off the teflex sheet, remember it is thin, and flip ove and dehydrate for another 2 hours or so.
