What Are The Ingredients For Induction "Pizza" Recipe? The ingredients for Induction "Pizza" are: Crust1/4 cup flax seed meal 1 TBL ground parmesean cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp oregano pinch salt, pepper, and basil pinch baking powder 1 egg (slightly beaten) 1 pat butter (melted) Topping 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (or any kind cheese) 1/8 cup mushrooms 1/8 cup sliced black olives How Do I Make Induction "Pizza"?Here is how you make Induction "Pizza": Mix dry crust ingredients separately from wet--then mix together. Spray plate with nonstick spay and gently spread out crust "dough" fairly thin, over whole plate. Then microwave until cooked, but not over done. Mine took about 35 seconds, flip crust over with spatula and cook another few seconds (I did 10). Top your pizza and then pop back into microwave to melt cheese or put a little olive oil in fry pan and toast bottom and melt cheese. Cut up in little slices, it tastes better. I made this for my DH today, he ate it-he like it and he is not a flax seed person...lol I tried a slice and it was good. It is like a harvesty-whole grain-garlicy-torte-kinda-pizza. Try it!
