Dough:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup fat free milk
1 egg plus 1 1/2 egg whites
Toppings:
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup frozen chopped green pepper
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small can sliced black olives
8 oz can pizza sauce
3/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese


How Do I Make Pizza by Kat?

Here is how you make Pizza by Kat:

Heat oven to 425*F.Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray.Mix together dough ingredients. Pour into pan. Smooth to edges. Sprinkle onions, green peppers, mushrooms and olives over dough. Bake for 22 min.Then spoon sauce over crust. Spread evenly. Sprinkle on cheese.Bake an additional 10 -12 minutes. A serving is 1/2 the pizza.
