12 Oz Homemade Turkey Sausage (separate recipe)
3 cups Fresh Spinach
Sliced Tomatoes, Garlic, Green or Red Peppers, Mushrooms, or other vegetables of your choice.

Here is how you make Gluten Free - Oil Free - Dairy Free Pizza:

Put the water in a glass dish and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. Water should be between 110 to 115 degrees. Stir in honey or molasses and the yeast until mixed together. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to proof the yeast. In the meantime put 2 cups of the spelt flour in a mixing bowl using a mixer with a dough hook. When yeast has activated, pour the yeast mixture into the bowl and mix it with the spelt flour. Add enough of the remaining cup of the spelt flour and mix the dough until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead the dough for two minutes. Place the dough in a warm place and cover, and let the dough rise for about one hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Sprinkle some of the spelt flour onto a baking pan, and with floured hands, spread the dough onto the baking pan to the desired thickness. Bake in 425 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven, and spread on the sauce, turkey sausage and other toppings.
