1 C. warm (at least 120 degrees) water
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, minced
3 C. part skim mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Tam's Homemade White Pizza:

Makes 2 eight cut pizzas (16 servings)In a large bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, yeast and a pinch of sugar. Stir slightly and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough forms (it will be sticky). Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.Lightly oil (or spray with cooking spray) a dutch oven, place dough ball inside and move it around a little to get dough ball covered with oil or spray as well (to prevent sticking). Soak a thin towel with HOT water, wring it out and use it to cover the top of the dutch oven. Place it in a warm place (I usually stick it in the oven without turning the oven on). Let rise for 1 hour.Once dough has risen, preheat your oven to 450 degrees, flour your work surface again and divide the dough into two balls. Let the dough balls rest for 5 minutes, then shape them into two pizzas (do this by using your knuckles and heels of your hands). Place pizzas onto pizza stones or upside down baking pans. Combine the 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the minced garlic. Brush this onto the pizzas, including the outer edges. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese onto each pizza, then oregano to taste.Place pizzas in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!Note: You can also add fresh veggies as toppings before baking.
