This is the closest I have come to actual PIZZA pizza. The caulifower crust is awesome, but not as pick-up-able. The meat crust is kinda like a thin meatloaf with topping...not that there's anything wrong with that. But this...THIS is really like real pizza...but one gives you 4 slices, anyway you want it, and right around 500 calories, depending on what you add for toppings. If you use the low carb pita and not so many veggies, it stays pretty low carb too.

Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 1 serving

Green Olives, 1 sliced or chopped
Mushrooms, canned, 5 slices
Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .125 cup, diced
Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional, 0.125 cup


How Do I Make Cyndi's REAL Personal Pizza?

Here is how you make Cyndi's REAL Personal Pizza:

Spray or brush a cookie sheet and top of pita with olive oil. Use top rack of broiler on low [or toaster oven] to slightly brown pita. This will happen quickly, so watch closely. Flip pita over and spread pizza sauce to edges of pita. Add toppings, spread to edges [don't lump in center] and put cheese on last. Put back in oven on middle rack on low broiler until cheese is bubbly and browned to preference. Remove from oven, cut in 4 pieces and enjoy!I get the low carb pitas at Walmart, but any pita would likely work. I make these 3 at a time for our dinner and everyone has a different kind. I cut all my stuff up ahead and have it in ziploc baggies, just haul it all out, make them up and toss it back in the fridge while they are cooking. So easy and if you use paper plates, hardly any clean up at all.
