Here is how you make Whole Wheat Pizza:

Dissolve yeast in water, add honey give a quick stir and let sit for 15 minutes.Add flour (I also add some garlic powder and dried oregano to some extra flavor), mix and knead until dough forms. I use a kitchaid mixer and let it knead the dough for a couple minutes.Cover and let rise for 15-18 minutes.
