Mix Oat flour, Protein Powder, Cinnamon, Baking Soda & Salt Substitute in Medium to Large Bowl. In smaller bowl, add Eggbeaters Whites & Ideal Brown. Mix. Add Baby Food and Water. Mix.Add wet stuff to dry stuff and mix.Spray 8"X8" Glass Baking Dish with Canola Spray. Add Protein Bar mix and bake in 350 degrees pre-heated oven for around 26 minutes (toothpick should still be just a little wet).Makes 16 2" Square Bars.
