Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in mixing bowl; add flour (a little at a time) and knead dough until smooth and elastic. Let rise 30-60 minutes.2. While dough is rising, prepare a baking soda water bath with 2 cups warm water and 2 tbsp baking soda. Stir the mixture often.3.
