Here is how you make Gluten and Dairy Free Pudding:

First prepare the quinoa. Combine 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water in a pot and boil. Once pot begins to boil, turn to simmer and cover until the quinoa has absorbed the water (10-15 minutes).Let quinoa cool for a few minutes. Then combine the rice milk, margarine, vanilla extract, raisins, and sugar with the quinoa. Put on medium heat and cook for 25 minutes or until the liquid has been totally absorbed.
