2 tblsp coconut oil

1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup quinoa flower
2 servings vanilla protein powder (i used Proto Whey - 4 scoops)

Peanut Caramel Sauce (optional - its amazing with or without the sauce)
5 medjool dates pitted
1/4 cup boiling water
1 tblsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tblsp peanut butter

Here is how you make Nina's Clean Sticky Date Protein Pudding:

Placed pitted dates with hot water in a bowl and let sit for 5minutesPut dates and water into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add the applesauce egg whites coconut oil and vanilla essence and sf maple syrup and blend again until combined.In another bowl add quinoa flour, coconut flour, protein powder and baking powder and mixAdd the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together until smooth.
