Here is how you make Quiche with Tortilla base:

Place tortilla in a 7-8inch round baking tin (loose bottomed preferably). Add mushroom, ham and scallions. Beat eggs together with 2 tablespoons of water and pour over. Sprinkle with cheese and add slices of tomato to decorate. Bake in oven approx 210 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown on top and nicely set. Allow to cool slightly in tin until handleable.
