You will want to pull it off the burner just before it would actually be completed (you want a little water left b/c you'll simmer it off as you mix the rest of the ingredients.)Mince your garlic, and slice the lime for juicingWhen your quinoa is as described above add your garlic, olive oil (you may use less I use between 1-2 teas), lime juice and zest as desired, and almonds. I will throw in spices depending on the mood I'm in for that day.
