Puff the quinoa in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat until it begins to crackle and smells a bit toasty/nutty. Be careful to stir or move the pan around so it doesn't burn.Remove quinoa from warm pan. Mix all other ingredients in the warm pan (no need to turn the heat back on, they'll melt and mix just with the leftover heat!)Add puffed quinoa back to the pan and mix it all up.Scoop out tablespoonfuls into a mini muffin tin or just onto a baking sheet; place in the freezer for a few minutes and then into the fridge or directly into the refrigerator to cool down and then store.
