Cook quiona in boiling water for 15 minutes, or until done. IN an iron skillet, fry onions, bell pepper, salt, oregano, lime seasoning, basil and other desired flavorings. Add a little olive oil if nessecary. Toss veggies and quinoa, and top with almonds and cheese.
