Here is how you make Raw flaxseed crackers:

Stir flaxseeds and water together in a bowl. Let soak for a few hours. If the mixture is too stiff to stir after a couple hours, add a bit more water so that you can stir it. Stir in honey. Pour mixture onto dehydrator sheets. (I divide the mixture into thirds and use three sheets / trays.) Spread into a thin layer, but not too thin. Probably about 1/8 inch thick. Dehydrate at 105 F for about 4 hours. Flip over onto dehydrator tray and peel dehydrator sheet off. Score each sheet into 16ths.
