2/3 s pumpkin seeds
1/2 c toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c wheat germ
1/2 c oat bran
1 TB cinnamon
1 t salt
1 c shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 c toasted, chopped almonds
1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 c honey
5 TB coconut oil
1-2 cups Sunspire grain sweetened choc. chops
2 TB flax meal


How Do I Make Raw Power Bars?

Here is how you make Raw Power Bars:

Makes 24-36 servings, depending on how you cut them and the size of the pan you use.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl melt the coconut oil & peanut butter (if refrigerated). Mix in the honey until well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the choc. chips and flax meal). Stir until well combined (make sure to get the bottom of the bowl). Press mixture firmly into 9" x 13" foil-lined pan. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle w/ choc. chips. Return to oven until chocolate is softened (2-3 minutes). Spread chocolate evenly over bars, then sprinkle with flax meal. Cool slightly. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours). Cut into bars.
