1/4 c. dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, etc.)

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. applesauce, unsweetened (or any fruit pur?e such as banana)
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. Xylitol
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Here is how you make Oat and Rice Breakfast Bars:

Mix first 10 ingredients (oats through cinnamon) in a medium bowl; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Add wet mixture to oat mixture and stir until just combined. Press into 9x9 inch pan that has been lined with aluminum foil and greased with nonstick spray. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until edges are brown. Lift bars out of pan using foil; cool completely. Cut into 8 bars. Serving Size:?8
