Here is how you make Cajun Roasted Chickpeas:

Preheat oven to 400F. Drain, rinse and pat dry the chickpeas using dish towels. Place on cookie sheet and roast for 30 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes.Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl big enough to fit the chickpeas. After 30 minutes of roasting, add the chickpeas and coat evenly. Return the chickpeas to the cookie sheet and continue roasting for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Turn off the oven and leave the chickpeas in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Store in a air-tight container.
