2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Here is how you make Cinnamon Honey Roasted Chickpeas:

Drain and COMPLETELY dry two cans of chickpeas. Let dry for at least 20 minutes. Once dried, place chick peas on baking sheet. Bake 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees. At the end of 45 minutes, check the peas and test their crunchy-ness. If they're not crunchy, place back in oven. Once peas are done, immediately coat in 2 tbsp. olive oil. Then coat in cinnamon, honey, salt, and nutmeg. If you wish you caramelize like peas, place back in over for 10-15 minutes.
