Here is how you make Quinoa Salad:

Cook quinoa as per instructions (usually it's 1 part quinoa and 2 parts water, boil for 15 minutes on med-low, cover for another 5 minutes and fluff with fork.). Chop red peppers scallions and goat cheese. Drain canned corn, canned sliced black olives and black beans (rinse beans if neccessary).
