Here is how you make My Mama's Salsa:

To make salsa, first gather all ingredients as well as a food processor or blender. It?s easiest to use the ready-peeled garlic cloves, but fresh is fine too. Wash 1/3 of cilantro bunch, then pat dry. Place in food processor. Wash and de-rib and de-seed jalapeno or Serrano peppers, and add to processor. Add 10-12 garlic cloves, to taste. Run processor for 5-10 seconds, until all ingredients are well chopped. Add 2 cans of plain diced tomatoes, and 1 can of tomato sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Run the processor for another 5 seconds, until everything appears well combined.
