Here is how you make Sausage Quiche Puffs:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease 12 muffin tins with non-stick spray. Set aside.Put sausage and onion in a lightly greased pan on medium-high heat. Cook until onion is translucent and sausage is cooked through. Add spinach. When spinach is wilted, remove from heat.In a small bowl, scramble the eggs, skim milk, cheese, and spices.Cut the dough sheet into 12 equal-sized squares. Press into muffin tins and top each cup with some of the sausage-veggie mix. Top with egg-cheese mix.Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes or until dough is brown and egg mixture is puffed up and cooked throughout.
