Here is how you make Mini Scones:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in the cold butter with a pastry cutter or knives until the mixture resembles crumbs. Lightly beat the egg, then add the yogurt and vanilla and whisk together thoroughly. Blend the wet and dry ingredients together just until mixed.Drop 1-1/2 to 2" diameter rounds of dough onto cookie sheet, and bake at 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
