Here is how you make Scones:

Sift flour, with a pinch of salt into a bowl, stir in the splenda blend.Rub the lurpak, gently into the flour, stir in the raisins and mix to a soft dough with the milk and the syrup. Use a blunt knife to do this and do not over mix.Knead very, very gently and lightly and roll out to about 1/4 - 1/2" thickness.Use a cookie cutter to cut out 8 rounds.Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake near top of oven for approx 10 mins at 200 - 220C (depending if your oven is fan assisted or not).Cook on a rack.
