Combine the first four ingredients in a food processor and give a quick pulse, 5-10 seconds?don?t pulverize. You are not making mush. You want to keep the texture. Add remaining ingredients, except water and blend again. If too thick, add 2-4 TB. Water. Should not be as thick as cookie dough, but not as thin as pancake batter either. Spray hands with canola oil, or rub with coconut oil, to help prevent mixture from sticking to your fingers. Put on greased parchment paper on a cookie sheet and press flat about 1/8 ? thick. (I oil my hands to keep the seeds from sticking) Bake in a 300F oven for about 30 minutes per side, but watch it closely so you don?t burn them. Burnt seeds stink! Or use a lower oven temp/longer duration than 300F, i.e. 250F. Immediately after oven removal, the cracker mass was still pliable, like a hot pizza would be. Score it immediately into 24 pieces because it will firm up fast.
