1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)
1 T. sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 T. Torani sugar-free cinnamon syrup
1/8 t. butter extract
5 - 6 cubes ice (if you want the drink cold - see instructions)

Here is how you make Cinnabun Protein Shake:

Cold: Combine all ingredients except for the ice in a blender, mix well. Add ice and blend until all ice is crushed.Hot: Heat milk in a microwave until no more than 140 degrees (30 - 1 min/30 seconds depending on the microwave). Combine dry ingredients in a 12 oz mug with 4 oz room temperature water and stir until a thick paste develops. Slowly add the heated milk to paste mixture while stirring vigorously. If mixture is not warm enough, heat in microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
