Here is how you make Apple-Kale Smoothie:

Super easy to make. Put all ingredients in a blender: Cut and core 1 apple, take 1 leaf of kale roughly torn up, 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 Tbl spoon of ground flax seed (we need those Omega 3's), and add 8- 16 oz water to your preferred beverage consistency. Blend til smooth. You can also add some ice cubes to chill it up. I drank it all for breakfast. Or a mid day snack.
