Here is how you make Shauna's Smoothie:

Blend all ingredients very well. Put liquids in first and ice in last. I let mine blend for 5 minutes. Makes 2 16oz servings (so about 2 cups each but one serving fills one of my glasses) so I drink one glass and save the other for later!
