Here is how you make Smoothie with a kick:

Cut up the banana, pear and pineapple into bite size chunks and I prefer to freeze them first before using. Put the fruit, tofu and soy milk in a blender and blend until smooth. I like my smoothies thicker so sometimes I put a little less than a cup of soy milk in. Once the ingredients are blended, pour into cups and top each cup with a half cup of the go lean crunch.
