Here is how you make Carolyn's Favorite Fruit Smoothie:

You will need a blender or food processor for this recipe.cut the fruit just small enough to fit in the blender/ processor. add the fruit first, then add the jam, then add the ice. Pour the milk in last. Place the top on the blender or engage the processor lid. Turn on the blender/ processor ( I use the stir setting) and let te mixture blend until smooth. How do you know when it is smooth? The mixture is uniform in appearance and the sound of the machine is consistent, i.e. you won't hear the ice clanking against the blades. pour into a 16 oz glass.makes 2 16 oz servings.Yummy!
