Throw it all in a blender and blend til smooth. Pour in glasses and voila - treat in a glass! For the yogurt - I just grab a lunch box size one from the fridge and dump it in. Seems to work.I buy the big bag of frozen fruit from Costco, run down downstairs to the deep freezer with a 1 cup measuring cup, fill it with fruit - sometimes I have lots of peaches, sometimes lots of pineapple, lots of strawberries - each time I make it, it has a different fruity taste.
