1 cup Frozen Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen Fruit) whatever is in Season or Available in your area
8 Medium Strawberries
10 or 15 Red Grapes(depending on size)
1 Banana
1 cup Water
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Activia Light Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese(can increase to 1 cup, depends on your tastes)
Note: increase Orange Juice to 1/2 cup if adding more Cottage Cheese. Orange Juice adds allot of sweetness to your Smoothie, so add more if you desire sweeter smoothies.

Here is how you make Bluberry Yogurt Protein Smoothie:

I used Frozen Banana's and Frozen Blueberry's everything else was Fresh Fruit I had on Hand. Fresh or Frozen it depends on your preference and what's in Season. Dice up the Frozen Banana's, add Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Water, Juice, Blueberry's, Grapes, cut Stems off of Strawberry and cut into Quarters put in Food Processor or Blender and Blend until Smooth. If using Blender Dice Fruit if using Food Processor you can get away with bigger chunks. Pour and Enjoy. My Kids Love it. They don't know their drinking Cottage cheese. You can't even taste the Cottage Cheese. It's Amazing and Nutritious.Note: Freeze Banana without Peel in a Ziploc Baggie ahead of time.
