1 1/2 t. ground allspice
1 T. vegetable oil
1 T. orange juice

Here is how you make Chai Spice Biscotti:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine oil, juice and eggs, and add to the flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead lightly 7 or 8 times. Divide the dough in half. Shape each portion into an 8-inch-long roll. Place rolls 6 inches apart on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; flatten each roll to 1-inch thickness.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from baking sheet; cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack. slice each roll diagonally into 15 slices. Place the slices, cut side down, on baking sheet. Reduce the oven temp to 325 degrees; bake 10 minutes. Turn cookies over; bake an addition 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet.
