Here is how you make Spinach Dip:

melt margarine in saucepan, then cook onions & chopped garlic until tender. Add cream cheese and milk. Cook until smooth, over low-medium heat, then add defrosted spinach, , worchester sauce & lemon juice (and hot pepper sauce if desired). Stir until evenly distributed, adding herbs & spices to taste as desired. (Not included in calculations, but I generally use red pepper flakes, salt & pepper).
