Here is how you make Spinach Egg Sandwich:

Squeeze thawed spinach to remove water. Add 7 eggs and 1/4 milk to blender. Blend well. Add spinach and blend only to mix. Pour into 9x9 glass pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for appx 25 min until eggs are set. Shred cheese and spread evenly across top, put back in oven for 1 min to melt. Cut eggs into 9 squares. Put one square on toasted, buttered (Shedd's spread) English muffin, add 2 slices thin ham. For freezing, freeze eggs separately from untoasted muffin and ham. To heat, put egg square in microwave on 30 or 40% power for appx 2 min (highly dependent on microwave and egg depth). Meanwhile toast english muffin.
