Here is how you make Mom's Spinach Dip:

Microwave spinach on high for 6 min. and stir half way. Chop chestnuts if desired, chop scallions. Mix all ingredients well. Hollow out round french bread and pour dip inside. Keep the top for a lid and use the bread you take out to dip. cut baguettes for additional bread to dip. I can't give precise serving size cause it's a dip and I just don't know.
