I am erring on cooking them slightly thinner - around 2cm/1inch and cooking a little longer than 15 minutes. You still want them to be soft in the middle when they come out...but they're best (IMO) when they're chewy-sticky....Put in airtight, lockable container in a very high place (so you don't eat them all in one go!)
