1/4 cup margarine or butter
3 tbsp water (or even juice)
1/2 cup prune and fig jam
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Here is how you make Prune fig streusel bars:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the All-Bran, flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender, cut in the margarine or butter, mixture will ressemble coarse crumbs. Stir in the water or juice, mixture will be crumbly. Remove 1 cup of the mixture and set aside for the topping. With the back of a spoon, press remaining mixture into a 9 x 9 baking pan coated with cooking spray.Spread the prune and fig jam (or what you have), sprinkle with the reserved topping.Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
