This recipe uses Erythritol and Stevia to add sweetness. I purposely left out the "add on" ingredients as I have 6 kids and 5 out of 6 enjoy it plain! I can easily add coconut or nuts and track the calories seperately anyway. Hope you enjoy this delicious breakfast/anytime snack. It is also great with yogurt!!

1 1/2 C Cocoa Powder

2 C Melted coconut oil
1 C Erythritol
1/8 teaspoon stevia


How Do I Make Sugar Free Cocoa Granola serving size 1/2 C?

Here is how you make Sugar Free Cocoa Granola serving size 1/2 C:

1) Mix Oats and Cocoa in very large pot, set aside.2) Mix Erythritol and Stevia, set aside.3) Melt coconut oil on medium heat. Add Erythritol mixture and allow mixture to dissolve into coconut oil. Stir occasionally, but don't over-stir as it dissolves better with less stirring (seems weird if you are used to sugar, but that has been my experience). Once Erythritol is completely dissolved4) Pour over Oat mixture and stir until all dry oats have some oil on them.5) Pour into 4 - 9 X 13 pans and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring half way through. Allow to cool before serving (although I have served it warm and no one complained).I serve mine with unsweetened, shredded coconut, and pecans, but the sky is the limit on adding what you enjoy!
