2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cu whole milk
1/2 tsp table salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Here is how you make Jacques Torres Maple Brown Sugar Rolls:

1. Microwave 4 tablespoons butter in a microwavable bowl on high heat until melted, about 30 seconds. Stir together melted butter, maple syrup and 1/4 cup brown sugar in a medium bowl; spread evenly in bottom of greased 13x9-inch metal baking pan. Set aside.2. Stir together yeast and warm water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Place 2/3 cup flour in a bowl of an electric stand mixer. Add granulated sugar, milk, salt, eggs and yeast mixture; beat on low speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Gradually ad remaining 2 cups flour while beating on low speed. Increase speed to medium, and beat until dough is smooth and elastic, about 7 to 8 minutes. (Dough will be very sticky.) Add 6 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Transfer dough to a large greased bowl, turning to grease top. cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled in bulk, about 11/2 hours.3. Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface; roll into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Microwave remaining butter in a microwavable bowl on high heat until melted, and brush over surface of dough. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar over dough; sprinkle cinnamon over brown sugar. Starting at one long side, roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion. Cut into 12 slices; place in pan, cut side up, on top of maple mixture. Cover, and let rise again until doubled in bulk, about 30 minutes.4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in pan 5 minutes.
