Here is how you make Lactation Snack Bars, Low Sugar:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a 9x13 pan. Beat almond butter, coconut oil, applesauce and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat to mix. Add flax meal, nutritional yeast and water; beat to mix. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, wheat germ, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually beat flour mixture into wet ingredients. Stir in Craisins, raisins, coconut and pumpkin seeds. Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
